The final decision regarding photo acceptability lies solely with the U.S. government consular officers and their automated systems.
3. User Responsibilities
You are completely responsible for ensuring that the photo you submit is a true representation of yourself, taken within the last 6 months, and meets all non-computable requirements (e.g., no glasses, neutral expression, no uniforms) that AI might not fully assess under all conditions.

Under no circumstances shall the DV Lottery Photo Tool Platform, its developers, or its owners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to the rejection of your DV Lottery application.
