1 Temporary Processing Policy
We use your uploaded photo exclusively for the purpose of analyzing its compliance with DV Lottery requirements and generating a properly formatted crop. We do not store your photos permanently.
2 15-Minute Deletion Guarantee
Our servers run automated cleanup routines every 15 minutes. Any photo you upload, and any generated result, is permanently deleted from our disks and memory within 15 minutes of your session ending.
3 Biometric Data
Our AI analyzes facial features (like head size and eye position) temporarily in memory to validate compliance. We do NOT extract, log, save, or share this biometric data.
4 Security Measures
All data transmission between your browser and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS). Our infrastructure is hardened against unauthorized access, and uploads are strictly validated for safety.
5 Cookies
We use strict session cookies solely to maintain security (such as CSRF tokens) during your visit. We do not use intrusive tracking or advertising cookies that follow you across the web.
